The Asso­cia­ti­on of the Adhe­si­ves Indu­stry in Switz­er­land repres­ents the inte­rests of their mem­bers which are lea­ding com­pa­nies of Adhe­si­ves and Sealants in Switz­er­land

The pro­ces­sors of adhe­si­ves and sealants should bene­fit through the acti­vi­ties of the asso­cia­ton.

The asso­cia­ti­on crea­tes gui­de­lines for the pro­ces­sing to help and sup­port our cus­to­mers. Stan­dar­di­sed sup­p­ly- and gua­ran­tee pro­vi­si­ons ensu­re cus­to­mers a relia­ble ser­vice from the asso­cia­ti­on mem­bers. Tech­ni­cal cla­ri­fi­ca­ti­on and exper­ti­se should also help the customer's con­fi­dence to the mem­bers of the asso­cia­ti­on.

With an acti­ve exch­an­ge of infor­ma­ti­on and expe­ri­ence bet­ween the mem­bers the qua­li­ty of the pro­ducts should be increa­sed. Careful obser­van­ce of mar­ket deve­lo­p­ments and mea­su­res in envri­onmen­tal pro­tec­tion as well as the secu­ri­ty during pro­duc­tion, pack­a­ging, trans­port, appli­ca­ti­on and dis­po­sal should con­tri­bu­te that the mem­ber company's s ser­vices can always ful­fill high demands.

With the par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in legis­la­ti­ve tasks (e.g. con­sul­ta­ti­on) and coope­ra­ti­on in com­mit­tees, the FKS wants to strengh­ten­ed the col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with aut­ho­ri­ties, natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal asso­cia­ti­ons as well as to inten­si­fy alre­a­dy exi­sting cont­acts.

The Asso­cia­ti­on of the Adhe­si­ves Indu­stry Switz­er­land (FKS) is a mem­ber of the Euro­pean Asso­cia­ti­on FEI­CA (Féde­ra­ti­on Euro­pé­en­ne des Indu­stries de Col­les et Adhé­sifs), which repres­ents inter­na­tio­nal­ly the inte­rest of their Euro­pean Natio­nal Asso­cia­ti­ons. FEI­CA repres­ents 14 natio­nal asso­siac­tion mem­bers. Being a mem­ber of FEI­CA, the FKS is always infor­med about deve­lo­p­ments within the Euro­pean Regi­on.
